As of right now, Rainbow Six Siege does not support crossplay between Xbox and PlayStation. You'll have to stick to playing with friends on the same console!

I wish! But currently, crossplay between Xbox and PlayStation isn't a feature in Rainbow Six Siege. Hopefully, Ubisoft adds it soon!
