Nope, sorry to burst your bubble but GTA 5 Online doesn't support cross-platform play, so Xbox and PS4 players can't party up in Los Santos. Each console's players are in their own sandbox, so you'll need to align with your console kin!

As much as we wish it were true, Xbox and PS4 players gotta stay in their own lanes in GTA 5 Online. No cross-platform play available, unfortunately. Maybe in the next GTA?
