Unfortunately, Tenno, Xbox and PS4 players can't trade with each other in Warframe. Each platform has its own trading ecosystem.
I wish it was possible, but Xbox players can only trade with other Xbox players, and PS4 with other PS4 players. It's a console thing.
Sorry to say, but cross-platform trading isn't available in Warframe. Keep an eye out for updates though, you never know!
