Nope, Xbox Live Gold is tied to your account. You can't move it to another one.

You can't move it, but you can always make the account with Gold your Home Xbox. That way, everyone on that console can use the benefits!

From my experience, once Xbox Live Gold is on an account, it stays there. Your best bet might be to use the Home Xbox sharing option.
