Yep, it works. I play with my bro all the time. He's got the Series X and I'm on the One. No problems at all!

Absolutely! GTA 5 supports cross-generation play, so players on Xbox Series X/S can seamlessly play with friends on Xbox One. Rockstar made sure that the transition between console generations wouldn't split the player base. So, gear up and get ready to cause some chaos in Los Santos with your Xbox One and Series X/S buddies!

Not to burst the bubble, but why not upgrade? Sure, cross-gen play is cool and all, but experiencing GTA 5 on the Series X is a whole different game. Just saying.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
