Good news! You can access your captures through the PS App. Just go to the Library tab and hit 'Captures,' and voila!

Yep, you can see your captures on the PlayStation App. Head to the 'Library' and then 'Captures' to find them.

Nope, as of now, the PS App doesn't support viewing the Capture Gallery. Maybe in the future, though!
