Epic Games allows you to refund eligible items purchased within 30 days using the in-game refund tickets, but not the entire account. Use your tickets wisely!
Yup, you can refund specific items you bought in the last 30 days using the refund tickets, but only 3 times total.
I tried refunding my account a few months ago, and nope, you can only refund specific items with those 3 refund tickets.
