Sadly, you can't directly add PlayStation friends to your Xbox. But many cross-platform games let you play together with in-game friend lists.

Had the same problem! Best way is to play cross-platform games like Fortnite or Call of Duty. You'll be able to play together even if the friend lists stay separate.
