Nope, you can't adopt dogs in GTA 5. You do get a dog named Chop, but he's more of a character companion than a pet you can adopt. Wish we could tho, imagine a doggie army!

Sadly, no. Rockstar missed the chance to let us have a pet adoption center. Only dog you get is Chop, and he's Franklin's from the start.

Nah, GTA 5 doesn't let you adopt dogs. But hey, Chop is pretty cool on his own. Who needs to adopt when you've got a loyal Rottweiler by your side?
