Unfortunately, as of my last log-in, Fallout 76 lacks an 'appear offline' mode. So, if you're looking to avoid your pals or maybe sneak in a session without interruptions, you're outta luck. Your status is always on display for friends.

Nope, currently, Fallout 76 doesn't offer an 'appear offline' feature. You're always visible to friends when you're online and playing. Kind of like being in a fishbowl where everyone can see you swim around the wasteland.
