Nope, you can't assassinate the Sword of Khaine! It's an item, not a character, so you just have to pry it from your enemy's cold, dead hands. Good luck!
In my experience, the only way to get the Sword of Khaine is to defeat the character holding it in battle. So sharpen those swords and ready your armies!
Unfortunately, you can't directly assassinate the Sword of Khaine itself. But hey, you can always assassinate the enemy lord wielding it and then claim it for yourself!
