Nah, in GTA 5 you're stuck with the three guys - Michael, Franklin, and Trevor. No option to create or play as a female character in the main storyline. But hey, when you jump into GTA Online, you can totally create a female character and style her any way you like!

Actually, playing as a girl in GTA Online is pretty cool. You get to customize your character from scratch, which means you can choose to be a female. I made my character a badass biker chick, and it's awesome seeing her hold her own against everyone else in the game!
