Nah, Fallout 4 doesn't have an option for intellectual disabilities like some of the older RPGs did with their character stats. The game focuses more on skills and perks rather than defining intelligence in a way that affects dialogue or game decisions like that. So, you're smart by default, but how you survive the wasteland... well, that's on you.

Absolutely not, and honestly, it's a good thing. Games have progressed from using such terms or mechanics that imply negative connotations towards mental health or intelligence. Fallout 4 keeps it classy.

Lol, nope. You can't purposely lower your IQ in Fallout 4. But you can totally ignore intelligence perks and make questionable decisions that make you wonder if your character left their brain in the vault. ?
