Can you block first strike in MTG?
Yeah, you can totally block a creature with first strike in MTG. Remember though, first strike means that creature deals its combat damage before creatures without first strike. So, if your blocker isn't tough enough, it could get knocked out before it even gets to hit back. Choose your blockers wisely!

Absolutely, first strike doesn't stop a creature from being blocked. It just changes the order of battle damage. So, go ahead and block those first strikers, but maybe throw something beefy their way to survive the first hit!
Sure, you can block them, but why bother? Most of the time, your creature will just end up in the graveyard. I say attack instead and keep the pressure on!
First-hand experience here: blocking a first striker saved my game more than once. Just make sure your blocker is up to the task, or it's gonna be a short-lived victory.
