Nope, you can't directly block sounds on TikTok. The best you can do is to mark videos with those sounds as 'Not Interested'.

Unfortunately, TikTok doesn't have a feature to block specific sounds. But you can long-press on a video and select 'Not Interested' to see less of that type of content.
