Nope, you can't breed pets in The Sims FreePlay. You'll have to buy them from the pet store instead!

Unfortunately, pet breeding isn't a feature in The Sims FreePlay. Might be time to adopt a few more from the pet store though!

As someone who's tried, nope, you can't breed pets in The Sims FreePlay. Guess my dream of a pet empire will have to wait!
