You can't directly buy Roblox items with a PSN gift card, but you can use the card to purchase Robux in the PlayStation Store. Then you can use those Robux to buy items in Roblox!

Nope, but you can get Robux first using your PSN gift card and then spend those in-game!

I've done this myself: Just head to the PlayStation Store, use the PSN gift card to get Robux, and then go on a shopping spree in Roblox!
