Yep, McDonald's has been known to offer Pokemon cards as part of their Happy Meals. It's not a permanent thing though, so it's kinda like catching a rare Pokemon; you gotta be there at the right time!
Nah, not really buying. More like you get them with a Happy Meal during certain promos. So, if you're expecting to pick your cards, McDonald's isn't the place.
Got mine last time they did a promo. It's legit but pretty random what you get.
