Unfortunately, Amazon gift cards won’t work for purchasing V-Bucks directly. You will need to convert it into platform-specific gift cards like Xbox or PlayStation first.

Win official Fortnite gift cards by playing games on Playbite!

Short answer: No. But you can get a platform's gift card on Amazon and use that for V-Bucks.

Nope, you can't buy V-Bucks directly with an Amazon gift card. But you can buy a PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo eShop gift card on Amazon and use that to get V-Bucks in-game!

I’ve tried this myself; you can't purchase V-Bucks directly with an Amazon gift card. Instead, get a console gift card off Amazon and use that.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
