Yep, you can cancel a pre-order on PS5! Just head to your 'Transaction History' in the Account Management section of the PlayStation Store, find the pre-order, and cancel it. Easy peasy!

No problem! I’ve done it myself. Go to 'Settings,' click on 'Account Management,' then 'Transaction History' and find the pre-order you want to cancel.
