Can you cap FPS in Apex Legends?
CaringEthos路8 months agoYep, you definitely can cap your FPS in Apex Legends. Hit the '+' on your numpad while in-game to bring up the console, and type in '+fps_max 60' (or whatever number you fancy) to set your max FPS. Remember, limiting FPS can help with smoother gameplay, especially if your rig isn't the top of the line!

Absolutely! '+fps_max [YOUR NUMBER]' in the console command does the trick. I've set mine to 144 for my 144Hz monitor. Works like a charm and keeps the game running smooth as butter.
For sure you can, and it's a good idea if you鈥檙e trying to match your monitor鈥檚 refresh rate or manage your PC鈥檚 workload. I鈥檝e capped mine and noticed a significant improvement in performance stability during intense fights.
Nah, why limit your FPS? More frames = smoother gameplay. Just let it run wild!
