Nope, you can't catch 'em! You just squish those little buggers. There's no adding roaches to your museum collection, thank goodness.

Absolutely! But catching a cockroach in Animal Crossing: New Horizons isn't like catching butterflies or fish. You don't use a net. Instead, you simply squish them by walking over them when they appear in your home. Your house gets roaches when you don't log in for a while, so it's more of a 'welcome back' gift from the game.

Gotta stomp, not catch! Roaches in ACNH are more about home maintenance than collection. Just a little incentive to keep visiting your island paradise regularly.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
