I've played a ton of Dragon Ball FighterZ, and characters' skills are pretty much set in stone. Each fighter has their unique abilities, which makes mastering them even more rewarding!
Unfortunately, you can't customize or change character skills in Dragon Ball FighterZ. They come with their unique default set of moves. But hey, it adds to the challenge and makes you adapt your strategy!
