Nope, you can't change your PSN account's country. If you move, you'll need to make a new account for that region.

Unfortunately, you can't change the country on your existing PSN account. Your best bet is to create a new PSN account with the desired country.

From my experience, once you set your PSN account's country, it's set in stone. Consider starting a fresh account if you need to switch countries.
