Nope, you can't change equipment on exiled creatures in MTG. When a creature is exiled, it's basically out of the game and can't interact with anything on the battlefield, including equipment.

Absolutely not. Exiled means out-of-play. Equipment changes are for creatures in the game, not in the exile zone which is more like a 'time-out' corner.

Short answer: No. Exiled creatures are in a timeout zone where they can't be equipped, targeted, or affected by anything on the battlefield.
