Absolutely not. Once you've chosen your gender at the beginning of the game, it's locked in. So choose wisely or get ready to restart your adventure if you change your mind.
I tried all sorts of ways hoping to flip my character's gender mid-game because I regretted my initial choice. Turns out, you really can't change it. So I started over with a new character and honestly, it was worth it to get the experience I wanted from the get-go.
