Changing positions can be a great way to experience different aspects of the game. In Road to the Show mode, you'll have a chance to talk to your coach about switching. Tried it myself and went from outfield to catcher. Whole new world!

Nope, you're stuck with your position. Just kidding, of course, you can change it by interacting with your manager in Road to the Show!
