Nope, Sony doesn't let you change the region of a PSN account once it's created. You'll need to make a new account in the region you want.

You can't directly change the region of your existing PSN account. If you need a different region, you'll have to create a new account with the desired region settings.

Trust me, I tried! You can't change your PSN account region. I had to set up a brand new account just to get access to region-specific content.
