Sadly, no. Codsworth is Codsworth and that's that. Missed opportunity for some fun, if you ask me!

No, and honestly, why would you want to? Their names are part of their charm!

Actually, kinda yes if you're on PC. While the game itself doesn鈥檛 allow name changes, PC players can use console commands to change NPC names, though it's a bit of a hack and not officially supported. So, if tweaking game files is your jam, you might give it a go.

Nope, you're stuck with their factory names! Fallout 4 doesn't let you rename your robotic companions, even though that would've been a super cool feature. So, Codsworth will forever be Codsworth, and you'll have to get creative with nicknames in your head.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
