Nope, you can't rename saves directly in Fallout 4 on PS4. The game auto-generates save names based on your location, level, and playtime. However, you can try keeping a manual log if you really want to keep track of specific saves.

Sadly, no custom save names on PS4. Fallout 4 sticks to its guns with auto-naming saves. A bit annoying but you get used to it!
