Can You Change the Region of Your PSN Account?

I've tried this before, and Sony doesn't allow changing the region on an existing PSN account. Your best bet is to make a new account with the desired region.

Unfortunately, once you've set your region on your PSN account, it's locked in for good. If you want to access a different region, you might need to create a new PSN account.

Creating a new PSN account for the new region is the way to go. Just remember that any purchases and subscriptions are tied to the original region!
