Nope, Sony doesn’t let you change your age on your PSN account. If it's an issue, you might consider creating a new account.

Unfortunately, once you've set your age on a PlayStation account, you can't change it. It's locked in!

Tried to do this myself a while back. Turns out you can’t change the age once it's set. Annoying, but that's the rule.
