Nope, Sony doesn't allow you to change your birthdate on PSN. Starting a new account might be your best bet.

You can't change your age on PSN. I had to create a new account when I messed up mine.

Unfortunately, you can't directly change your age on PSN once your account is set up. But you can create a new account with the correct age if needed.
