Can you change your body type in Fallout 4?
Nope, once you set your body type at the beginning during character creation, you're pretty much stuck with it throughout the game. You can change your face with the help of the surgeon in Diamond City, but if you want a different body type, you'll need to start a new game or dive into the world of mods if you're on PC or consoles that support them!

No changing body types in the base game, folks. What you pick is what you get. But mods are the game changer here. If you're not against modding, you'll find a ton of options to tweak body types however you like. PC gamers have it best, but console players have some options too.
