Sadly, no gender swaps in GTA Online. Once you pick, you're pretty much stuck unless you're up for starting all over. Not ideal, huh?

Nope, you can't change your character's gender in GTA Online after you've initially set it during the character creation process. You'd have to create a new character if you want a different gender. But remember, starting fresh means losing your progress, so choose wisely!
Hot take: Honestly, not being able to change genders in GTA Online isn't a big deal. Just focus on the heists and making that GTA money!
