Absolutely! In GTA 5's story mode, each of the three main characters (Michael, Franklin, and Trevor) initially has their own default personal vehicle. However, you're not stuck with these for the entire game. You can change your personal vehicle by purchasing new cars or bikes and parking them in the character's garage. Remember, the last vehicle you drove and parked as that character becomes your new personal vehicle.
