Nope, you can't change your PSN ID directly on a PS3. You'd need to do it through a PS4, PS5, or the web.

I tried changing my username on my PS3 recently, but it looks like you have to do it on a PS4, PS5, or online. Kinda annoying but that's how it is!

Unfortunately, guys, the feature to change your PSN ID wasn't supported back in the PS3 days. You're stuck with the one you chose!
