Can you choose what to research in GTA 5?
In GTA 5, specifically in the Gunrunning update for GTA Online, you can't directly choose what to research. It's all random. Once you have a Bunker and a Mobile Operations Center, your staff can start researching, but what they work on is out of your control. You can fast-track research by paying money, but you can't select the specific item or upgrade to research.
