Can You Combine Spotify Accounts?
I’ve tried this before - you can't merge accounts. However, you can always transfer your playlists manually or use third-party tools like TuneMyMusic.

Unfortunately, you can't directly combine Spotify accounts, but you can share playlists between them! Just use the 'Share' option to send playlists to another account.
Hot take: Why would you wanna combine them? Just stick with one and keep the other for backup playlists or something!
Nope, combining accounts isn't a thing on Spotify. Best you can do is create a family plan and keep individual accounts.
