Nope, Xbox One S doesn't support Bluetooth audio out. You can try using the optical port or the controller’s headphone jack instead!

Xbox One S doesn’t have Bluetooth audio support. Just plug your speaker into the controller or use an external adapter.

Unfortunately, you can't directly connect a Bluetooth speaker to Xbox One S. But you can use the controller with a headphone jack and an AUX cable as a workaround.
