You can't directly connect an Xbox controller to a PlayStation without some extra hardware. Look into adapters like the Brook Super Converter or CronusMax Plus—they can bridge the gap!

I've done it! Used a Brook Super Converter to connect my Xbox Elite to my PS4—worked like a charm!

Just get a PlayStation controller. Less hassle, and they are designed for the console anyway.

Short answer: nope, not natively. PlayStation and Xbox controllers aren't friends by default. Try adapters if you're feeling adventurous!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
