Linking accounts? Absolutely! I've done it, and transitioning from PS4 to PC was a breeze. Make sure your EA account is the common link between your PSN and Origin/Steam accounts. Played on both and didn't lose a step (or a skin).

Nope, you can't. Once you go PC, you can't go back... or to PS4, for that matter. Your items and progress are locked to where you start. Choose wisely!
