Tried it, wished it worked, but no luck. Each version of Fallout Shelter works independently. Which is kinda sad, because I had an awesome vault on my phone that I wanted to play on my PS4.
Absolutely not, and it's a bummer! Would've been cool to continue my vault-building empire across all my gadgets.
