Nope, Fallout Shelter is a standalone game on platforms like iOS, Android, PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, but it doesn't support cross-platform save features or connecting between devices. Tried it, wished it worked, but no luck. Each version of Fallout Shelter works independently. Which is kinda sad, because I had an awesome vault on my phone that I wanted to play on my PS4.
Absolutely not, and it's a bummer! Would've been cool to continue my vault-building empire across all my gadgets.
