GTA has its own in-game radio stations full of bangers, but if you really wanna jam to your Spotify playlists while cruising through Los Santos, just open Spotify in the background on your PC or console. Sadly, GTA 5 doesn't have a built-in feature to link with Spotify. I just mute the game music and play my Spotify playlists on my phone or PC. Not the slickest solution, but it works!
No direct connection, unfortunately. Just play Spotify on another device or in the background. Who needs in-game radio when you have playlists, right?
