Sorry to burst the bubble, but nope, you can't directly connect Steam to a PS5. The PS5 and Steam run on totally different platforms. Steam's mainly for PC games, while PS5, well, it's all about those console exclusives and other titles developed for it. However, you can use a workaround by using Steam Link on a compatible device to stream your Steam games to a device, then output that to your PS5's screen, but that's a bit of a complex setup and not a direct connection.

Actually, thinking outside the box here, if you REALLY wanna play Steam games on your PS5, consider this: use a PC to run the game through Steam, then stream that gameplay to your PS5 through HDMI. It's not 'connecting Steam to PS5' the way you're probably hoping, but where there's a will, there's a way!

No can do. Steam and PS5 are like oil and water; they don't mix. Steam is for PC, and PS5 is, obviously, a console.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
