Unfortunately, it's not possible to copy PS3 games from a disc to the hard drive. Sony didn't include that feature.

Nope, you can't copy PS3 games directly from a disc to the hard drive. You need to have the disc in the console to play the game.

Been there, tried that. You can't do it. The disc needs to be in the drive to play the game.
