Nah, Bethesda didn't give us a Breaking Bad simulator within Fallout 4. No Buffout crafting here, but the exploration to find it is half the fun!

Nope, you can't craft Buffout in Fallout 4. Crafting in Fallout 4 covers a lot of things but pharmaceuticals aren't on the DIY list. You'll have to roam the wasteland and find it the old-fashioned way or purchase it from vendors.

Actually, you can't. But looting or trading are your best bets to get those sweet, sweet muscle enhancers.
