Nope, no crafting system. Just stick to looting and modding.
I played through the game twice, and while there's no traditional crafting, I loved how extensive the modding options are at the workbenches. Helps a lot in making your gear more powerful and unique!
You can't craft new items, but you can mod your existing weapons and armor. It's a blast adding all those cool attachments and upgrades!
