Nope, once an email is linked to a PSN account, it's taken! You'll need a different email for a new account.

No. Each email address can only be associated with one PSN account.

I've tried this myself鈥擲ony doesn't let you reuse an email for multiple PSN accounts. You'll have to use a different email.
