Can you customize a taxi in GTA 5?
Nope, you can't customize taxis in GTA 5 like you do with personal vehicles. I mean, it'd be cool to roll up to a heist in a neon-lit cab, but sadly, the game doesn't let us live that dream.

You can't. Taxis remain as they are. Focus on those personal rides for customization.
Actually, while you can't officially mod taxis in-game at Los Santos Customs, if you're on PC, there are mods out there that let you customize them. It's not legit in terms of the game's rules, but where there's a will, there's a way!
